General Returns
- Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued only after we receive the item(s) back and complete an inspection to ensure they meet our return requirements.
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
Exchanges / Store Credit
- We offer a 14-day exchange period for eligible items.
- Exchanges are issued as store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase.
- Store credit never expires and can be redeemed in-store.
Specialty Dresses & Seasonal Items
- Items such as homecoming, prom, and other special-occasion dresses, as well as seasonal merchandise, are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
- No refunds will be issued on these items.
- Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
Final Sale Items
- All items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Accessories (jewelry, intimates, bodysuits, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
