We want you to love your Thrive purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy for most items, provided they are in unworn and new condition with tags attached.
Specialty Dresses and Seasonal Items:
For specialty dresses, such as homecoming or prom, and seasonal items, we offer a 14-day refund and 30-day exchange policy. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that all final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
